Privacy policy and support for every app we publish on the App Store. Seller: Native Wireless LLC. Last updated: August 14, 2026.

Privacy policy

Our apps do not collect your data. That is the whole policy, and here is what it means in plain terms:

Each app's App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected." That label is accurate because there is nothing in the apps that could collect data: no account system, no analytics, no server to send anything to.

Per-app notes, stated honestly

Some apps use device features that deserve an explicit sentence each. Nothing below changes the policy above — it explains how it stays true.

AppWhat it touches, and where that data lives
NoiseDocketUses the microphone to measure sound levels (never records or saves audio) and, with your permission, reads noise-exposure history from Apple Health. Measurements and reports stay on your device. Health data is never written, only read, and never leaves your phone.
StrideReportWith your permission, reads walking metrics from Apple Health to show you trends and build reports. Read-only; everything stays on your device.
DottedLineOpens PDFs you choose, adds your signature, and saves the result where you tell it to. Your signature and documents stay on your device.
PDFBenchMerges and compresses PDFs you choose, entirely on your device.
OdoBookYour vehicle records and photos stay on your device.
TripPackerYour packing lists stay on your device.
EveryRoomYour home inventory, including photos, stays on your device.
ChoreDeckYour family's chore chart stays on the device you create it on. The app does not sync between devices, does not use iCloud, and has no account and no server. If a future version adds cross-device sync, it will go through your own private iCloud database and this page will say so before that version ships.
PulseTrendWith your permission, reads heart-fitness metrics your Apple Watch already collects (VO₂max, resting heart rate, heart rate variability) from Apple Health to chart long-term trends and build reports. Read-only; everything stays on your device.

Apps listed above may be in development and not yet available on the App Store. This page applies to each of them from the day it ships.

Changes to this policy

If a future app ever needs to do more than the above, this page will say so specifically and plainly before that app ships — no silent edits, and the "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the latest change.

Support

Email us and a human will reply: will@nativewireless.org

Include the app name and, if something went wrong, what you tapped and what you expected. Screenshots help.

Common questions

Why is there one price instead of a subscription?

Our apps are software we built once, not services we pay to run every month. So each app is free to download, lets you complete the job once for free and keep the result, and offers a single one-time purchase to unlock unlimited use. No subscription, nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.

I paid on my old phone. How do I get my purchase back?

Open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple account, so they follow you to any new device signed into the same account — including family members, where Family Sharing is enabled.

How do refunds work?

Apple processes all App Store payments and refunds — we never see or handle your money. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple's process leaves you stuck, email us anyway and we will do what we can.

Where is my data stored?

On your device (see the privacy policy above). Deleting an app deletes its data, so export anything you want to keep first.
